Work Ethic/Skills
It has recently come to my attention that my older three have been doing poorly in work ethic.  They are amazing at getting their work done, but they are lacking the element of doing their work well.  We have been having many discussion about why it is important to do all that we do, well.  I have sat down with the older three and explained which areas I see them slacking off and we have come up with plans so they can do better.  I will be implementing Friday Meetings with each of them so we can evaluate the week and come up with a plan for the following week. I am hoping this helps me to stay in tune with what is happening.
