-Caileigh prepared shoeboxes for Operation Shoe Box at home, at Jr Youth as well as in her Bible Study group

Caileigh has been experimenting with making flowers using salt dough and play dough. She is hoping to try making it with fondant so she can work on cake decorating.

-Caileigh is working at getting her baking business set up again. Her first step was deciding on what items she would be selling and the pricing. She looked around to see what pricing would be reasonable compared to other stores. She is in the process of making her advertising poster. Through word of mouth, I've let some people know and it sounds like she already has a couple of customers.

Bagpipes
-Weekly chanter lessons-Caileigh's teacher is very pleased with her weekly progress. She is currently learning her first band song. The teacher would like to get her started on the bag pipes after Christmas to start learning breath and air control. Caileigh's goal is to be playing as a member of the pipe band by next year.
* Updated-February-Caileigh has now learned 7 band songs and is playing her scale and Amazing Grace on the bagpipe. She loves the lessons and continues to progress quickly. We attended the Robert Burns night and it was great to watch all the Scottish traditions, eat dinner and watch the band perform.

-6 weeks of snowboarding lessons. Caileigh was excited because on the first day her and her friend were moved from level 2, to level 3. They are working on the green runs at this time.
*Caileigh has now updated to blue runs and is able to go down challenging runs. She loves snowboarding and is working on making her turns on both sides smoother.
