-Identifying odd and even numbers from 1-100. Colouring all odd numbers one colour, and even numbers another. Playing the "Odd and Even" game. I call out a number and they determine if it is odd or even.

-Weekly walks to Walker valley to investigate signs of spring, wildlife and plant life.
-Visited an agricultural day in 100 mile. Learned about invasive plants in our area. Received handbook for our walks to the valley to identify invasive plants. Received colouring books about invasive plants to learn more.
Discussed how invasive plants are an environmental issue. Discussed the difference between native plants, and invasive. Discussed how seeds are spread. Discussed why invasive plants are a danger to our local environment and what we can do about it.

Science Experiment.
We did an experiment to see what would happen if we put gummy bears into different liquids. We made guesses of what we thought would happen. Completed the experiment to see what did happen. We then made some further guesses to see what would happen if we left the gummy bears to dry out for several days. We discussed all the findings.
